Kick Cancer Pep Rally & Run-in remembrance of Tony Wilenchik Race Description
The 'Kick Cancer - Pep Rally & Run' 5K is held in honor of Council member Tony Wilenchik, to raise funds for cancer research. Tony lost his battle with cancer in 2009; we walk/run in the hope that soon, there will be no more cancer.
Open to all ages, the walk/run features a challenging course in Pickrell Park. Event includes a 1K Kids Run, 5K Walk, 5K Chip-Timed Run, Team Costume Option (discount offered) and Virtual Runner.
