Virtual Green Beret Challenge

Join us across America for the Virtual Commando as we continue to support those less fortunate that us.

Time Window for Completion:  June 13th - June 20th (finish by 5pm EST)

There are TWO Options to complete this Race!

• Individual Option
• Team Relay

8-Mile Individual Challenge

• 8 Rounds of the following:
  • Each mile will be completed in the following format:
    • .25 mile run
    • .25 mile ruck
    • .25 mile sled drag
    • .25 mile yoke carry

8-Mile Team Relay Challenge

• 8 Rounds of the following
  • Each team member MUST run 1 of the 4 segments every mile & each mile will be completed in the following format:
    • .25 mile run
    • .25 mile ruck
    • .25 mile sled drag
    • .25 mile yoke carry

• Equipment Needed for this Challenge:
  • Rucksack/backpack x 25lbs
  • some sort of sled x 50lbs
  • Yoke x 50lbs
  • any track, field or trail x a .25 mile loop or lap

• Results
  • post your results by 5pm on Saturday to the event page
  • all finisher results will be posted by Sunday evening

• What you receive
  • participation medal for surviving the virtual Ballas
  • satisfaction of supporting things greater than yourself

NOTE:  Mark & friends will be running & live streaming this event on June 13th in Charlotte, NC & on June 20th at the virtual HQ outside Greenville, SC. Anyone in the region are welcome to join Mark for this challenge and see if he can survive himself, or will he post the time to beat?
