USA Cares Superhero 1 Mile & 5K Race Description

Runners/Walkers will challenge all their Superhero friends to see who is the fastest. Both races will be timed. The 1 mile will go first then we will set back up to do the 5K. That way participants can do both if they choose. $25 for 1 mile or 5K and $40 to do both events. We encourage everyone to dress up as heroes and show us what powers you possess! Awards will be presented post events near the start line. Strollers and pets are prohibited for safety reasons.

Awards

1Mile: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place awarded for Male and Female

5K: Overall male and female will be awarded in the 5K Race. Top three spots will be recognized in each age group. Awards will be given for the following age groups (male and female): 9 and under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65 and over.

*Participants will line up at 6:45 am for the 1 Mile Race to start at 7:00 am
*Participants will line up at 7:20 am for the 1 Mile Race to start at 7:30 am
