Tug the Truck - The Fire Truck

Can you and your buddies pull a fire truck 40 feet? Can you do it faster than any other team of up to 10 people? 

Sign up to compete in this timed competition on Saturday, 9/12/2026 @ 8:15AM at the corner of S. Main & E. San Antonio Ave., next to Black Rifle Coffee Company, Boerne, TX  78006. This easy to get to location has plenty of free parking.

The registration desk will open at 7:30am. Opening ceremonies will begin at 8:15am to include a Guns & Hoses tug-of-war between local first responders; the Boerne Fire Department against Kendall County Sheriff's Office and Boerne Police.

First team events will begin at 8:42am. Sign up ahead of time so you can pick the time best for your team to compete. Please show up 30 minutes prior to your start time for check in.

Tug the Truck teams can be any number of members up to a maximum of ten people. Each team will get two tries to pull the fire truck 40 feet. Fastest team crossing the finish line wins. Prizes awarded!

Returning again this year:   The Top Dawg Award!  Sign your team up for Tug the Truck and the Police Car Push. On event day, pick your fastest person(s) to Drag the Dummy. The combined fastest time for all three events gets the Top Dawg Award!
