The "Tough Alaskan" consists of 5 mile indoor bike sprint , 2000m row, and "The 30's" (four exercises at 30 reps each for 2 rounds). Each week throughout the month of February, an exercise from this workout will be revealed on Facebook. The full workout will be posted March 1st.
This competition is open to anyone and everyone ages 16+ given medical clearance to exercise.
