Disappointed in Spitler’s Accuracy

Spitler’s system did not record my start time. They refused to adjust it based upon my proof on my Garmin, despite the fact that I started and finished with another runner whose start time shows as different from mine. They said don’t record the start, so they “assigned” me the clock tine, as if I were in the front with the elite runners. Not even close. So sad it is laughable. Very disappointed. Race Directors: Please don’t hire Spitler if this is how they run their timing system.
