Race Day Professionals - Race Timing Services:

Race Day Professionals is a race event management company based out of Weston,  Florida.  We  specialize in road running events in the South Florida (Miami, Fort Lauderdale and the Florida Keys) area.  We use state-of-the-art RFID timing systems for your race (5K, 10K, Half Marathon, Marathon, etc...).  

We can offer full services ranging from logistics including course design and certification, barricades, sponsor tents and event registration systems; to SWAG such as awards, t-shirt, custom bibs and certificates; to event coordination and race day organization.

Dolphin Cancer Challenge 5K

Bent over backwards to make sure my mother had water when she felt woozy after finishing. Let her stand under their tent until she felt better. Nice results area to find times with a paper print out of individual results. They time all the GoRun races. I've seen their tent there. Thank you!

Islamorada Half Marathon

Wonderful!

On site registration and package pick up always fast and easy. Course clearly marked. Results available immediately upon crossing finish. Great event. Thank you RDP. See you in Dec 2019!

IRLAG 5K

Best Event Management in South Florida

This was my second time participating in I Race Like a Girl 5K at Vista View Park. Fun, well organized event. Easy course. Marked well with directional arrows to ensure no one goes the wrong way. Loop course so proper directional signage is a necessity. Lots of water available. Quick results. Noticed they even have a back up system. My organization is considering a 5K event for early 2020. If we can pull it together, I plan to use Race Day Professionals as my timing company.

Soup to Nuts Event Planning

Shirts, custom bibs, medals, awards, all aspects of race set up, registration, customer service and timing. We have tried other timers in Miami/Dade for our event. We won’t look any further than Race Day Professionals.

Excellent Two Thumbs Up

GoRun 5k

GoRun Miami

I’ve run many GoRun Miami 5k’s. Always really well organized. Courses always well laid out. Results provided immediately upon crossing finish. Results kiosk area is always under a tent with several result kiosk computers. RDP staff at the kiosk area ready to answer questions and handle issues. Registration/bib pick up fast and easy with plenty of safety pins. Always a great shirt and medal. Thank you RDP and GoRun Miami ..dynamic duo. Looking forward to the 2019 Trilogy!!

Hemingway Days 5K

Perfect Timing

Second year running the Hemingway Days 5K. From the time I registered, to ease of picking up my packet, to looking up my results on the computers. I've run in one of their races in Miami. Similar experience. Not easy to keep a smile when its so hot out but they manage to do so. I need to note that at the finish, I was very tired and felt a little light headed. One of the 'race crew' in the white shirts came over to me to offer a water. To who ever that was, thank you.

Private Race

Hard to work with!

Hired them for my event, never again. Chips were incorrectly assigned, results were late, very rude staff. Just a mess. I'll be looking for another timer for my future events.

I would like to know more about the event in question.  Of course we always want to make sure our clients are happy with our services.  Issues at events can happen, and we do our best to correct them in a timely manner.  Since I don't know what event is referenced here, I can not comment on what may have happened, but I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss it with you directly.   Please email me at steve@racedayprofessionals.com so I can better understand what may have happened.
