The Remembrance Run/Walk 5k

On Memorial Day we take time to "remember" those who paid the ultimate price for our freedom. Come join us for a casual stroll, a steady jog or an all-out race from Lynwood Baptist Church, up KFVS hill and into Cape Girardeau County Park North onto the Avenue of Flags - where the road will be lined with close to 1,000 United States Flags. What a great way to start the day and still get home early enough for other festivities. T-shirt, finishers medals, awards 1st-3rd in age brackets, food and eligibility for door prizes.
