FEATURING THE CHALLENGE FOR THE EAGER OR THE TIRED!!!

3 MEDALS FOR 2 DISTANCES IN ONE MORNING !!!! 

The 4.1 Mile Challenge - $35  Receive the 5K medal, the 1K medal and the commemorative Super Bowl weekend challenge medal.

2 MEDALS FOR 5K AND PARTICIPATING IN A 1/26 MIAMI RACE

(Eagle 5K, Raven any distance, Fort Lauderdale any distance) [Must enter your bib number for verification]

Brought to you on the biggest football weekend 2020 and hosted by the Walter Payton Man of the Year Nominee, Tahir Whitehead, and other former and current NFL Players,  we are providing a morning of fun and fitness at Crandon Park for a walk/run where anyone can participate - run or walk the 1 Mile or 5K distance.  Run/walk with your friends, family or dog. Be festive and show your team spirit by wearing your favorite player or team jersey or other apparel.  Each guest will receive a commemorative finisher's medal for the distance registered.

Registration will include the commemorative finisher's medal and pre and post refreshments. The overall male and female runners will receive a trophy commemorative of the weekend and a grand prize of $500.  Net proceeds will be donated to the Miami Homeless Trust which focuses on job training and housing placement for youth who are without homes temporarily due to extenuating circumstances.  We will also be focused on raising awareness of human trafficking prevention.

Times

There will be fun for all fitness levels, runners, walkers and dancers.

5K starts at 7AM.

1M starts at 8AM.

In order to complete the challenge, you must finish the 5K by 8:15AM

Grooves Dance Fitness workout begins at 8:15AM, led by celebrity choreographer Kennis Marquis.  This is the signature Grooves class featured on The Real and held in Hollywood where celebrities attend on the regular. It's your Zumba, Hip-Hop and two-step all mixed in one for extra fun!

Course

The course will be along the beach on the boardwalk and not on the sand to ensure everyone can PR to validate all the hard training completed thus far in 2020.

Location

This race will be run along the beach in Key Biscayne, Florida (7 miles from Miami, 14 miles from South Beach, 14 miles from Miami International Airport, 11 miles from Coral Gables, 35 miles from Fort Lauderdale).  It will be completely inside of Crandon Park, not interfering with traffic or roadways like Rickenbacker Causeway or Crandon Boulevard.

Packet Pickup

Beat the crowd and pick up your packet at our partner store, iRun Miami, 5050 Biscayne Blvd, Miami, Florida 33137 on Saturday, January 25, 2020 from 12PM - 3PM.

Please note Race Day pickup for runners will start at 6AM.

Transportation

With 3000 spaces, there is plenty of parking at Crandon Park Beach for only $5.

Uber/Lyft is a very easy choice for those who don't want to travel by car or who are visiting for the weekend.
