SWRECF 5K Run/Walk Race Description
Welcome to the inaugural SWRECF Heart 'N Sole 5K Run/Walk!
Established in 2017, the SWR Educational and Charitable Foundation awards scholarships annually and supports educational initiatives for students across the United States.
REGISTRATION
Registration opens on Wednesday, February 1, 2023. If you wish to receive a medal and medal for participation, you must be registered by Friday, March 3, 2023.
ENTRY FEE: $25 (plus a $3.32 processing fee)
RACE
Participants can run/walk at any time beginning Wednesday, February 1, 2023 and all racers should log their completion no later than Thursday, March 16, 2023. Be sure to take pictures and post them! Please use the hashtag #SWRECF5K #SWRECFHeartNSole and then email photos to SWRECF5K@gmail.com. This is a virtual race so you can participate from any state and schedule your race at a time that is convenient for you or your group. We want to you to MOVE!
Race packets will be mailed to participants between February 11-March 11, 2023. Packets will include a bib and custom participant medal. Participants do not have to wait to receive their items before completing the 5K.
The SWRECF is not responsible for packages that may be lost or stolen in transit. Tracking numbers will be provided when your package is shipped. Please ensure that the address on your registration information is correct.
You can participate from any state and schedule your race at a time that is convenient for you or your group. We want to you to MOVE!

REFUNDS
Due to event costs invested prior to the race (including but not limited to advertising, bibs and medals), entry fees will not be refunded.
