¡Esta es una GRAN oportunidad para hacer actividad física, ejercicio y divertirnos! Participa en esta Carrera/Caminata de 5 kilómetros y ayuda a la misión de educar a más mujeres Hispanas en el Norte de Texas en bienestar y prevención de cáncer. ¡Te esperamos en BACHMAN LAKE PARK!

ENTREGA DE PAQUETES: números (baberos) y camisetas

Los números de los baberos de corredores y camisetas serán entregados en el Kiosco principal de Bachman Lake Park, a un lado del Centro Recreativo/Juegos Infantiles los siguientes días:

• Jueves 10 de Octubre de 10:00 AM a 1:00 PM y de 4:00 PM a 7:00 PM
• Viernes 11 de Octubre de 10:00 AM a 1:00 PM y de 4:00 PM a 7:00 PM
• El día de la carrera se entregarán números y camisetas de 7:00 AM a 8:00 AM

HORARIO del día de la Carrera/Caminata - Octubre 12

8:00 AM - Comienza música y animación

8:30 AM - Zumba con Martha Palacios / Actividades para los niños (todos los niños deberán estar acompañados de un adulto responsable)

9:00 AM - Comienza Carrera/Caminata SUPERVIVE 

** Todos los participantes REGISTRADOS recibirán una medalla al término de los 5 Kilómetros.

Runner's packet pick-up dates (t-shirts and bib numbers)

Packet's pick-up at Bachman Lake Park - Main Kiosk in front of the Recreational Center/Playground:

• Thursday, October 10th, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM
• Friday, October 11th, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM
• SAME DAY PICK UP PACKET - October 12th, from 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM

RACE DAY - SCHEDULE

8:00 AM - Music start 

8:30 AM - Zumba with Martha Palacios / Kids activities start (kids must be accompanied by an adult at all times) 

9:00 AM - 5K FUN Run/Walk SUPERVIVE start!

** All REGISTERED participants will receive a medal at the end of the 5K
