Strides for Pride 5K benefits JASMYN, NE Florida's only LGBTQIA+ youth center. The event has a strong mini-Pride vibe and runners and walkers can do the 5K or a 1M in the Riverside neighborhood, and out to downtown Jacksonville. Sponsors, community partners and queer friendly vendors have tents set up and there is free HIV testing on site.
This family-friendly event is in its 12th year in Jax. Registrants get a t-shirt and medal and the first 150 bibbed 5K finishers receive the exclusive Top Finisher hat as well. Live DJ, live National Anthem singer, photo wall and all the colors of the rainbow.
