Stride Against Silence 5K Run/Walk Race Description

Stride Against Silence is a 5K run/walk hosted by UF's National Student Speech Language and Hearing Association (NSSLHA). All funds raised will support the Cochlear Implant Department at the UF Health Speech and Audiology Center to help them purchase new testing materials, therapy materials, and loaner devices for both pediatric and adult patients. The race will begin promptly at 8:30 am on Saturday, April 18, 2015 at the Commuter Lot behind Hume Hall. Race day registration will begin at 7:30am. Race registration is $22 and includes a free t-shirt**, breakfast and a raffle ticket for a chance to win cool prizes! Additional raffle tickets can be purchased at the registration table.
