shamrock Run

The Shamrock Run is a 5k fun run through Ashland, Oregon benefiting the Maslow Project is an exciting event that starts and ends at Ashland Physical Therapy, located at 275 Lithia Way, Ashland, OR. Participants will gather at this location to begin the race, following a scenic route through the town of Ashland before returning to the finish line at Ashland Physical Therapy.

After the race, the celebration continues at the St. Patrick's Day Festival, located at 160 Lithia Way, Ashland, OR. This festival is a fun-filled event featuring live music, delicious food and drinks, and a festive atmosphere. Participants can enjoy the festival and celebrate their accomplishment while supporting the important work of the Maslow Project.

All proceeds from the run will go directly to the Maslow Project, a local nonprofit organization that works to help homeless and at-risk youth and their families. This event provides an excellent opportunity for the community to come together and support a great cause while enjoying a fun-filled day of exercise, celebration, and camaraderie.
