Scout Strong Mud Run
Scout Strong Mud Run Race Description
The Polaris District of the Greater Niagara Frontier Council of the Boy Scouts of America is holding a
SCOUT Strong Mud Run
on Saturday, October 15 2016
at Beaver Island State Park on Grand Island, NY.
Scouts should register with their Troop.
3 -1/2 + Mile Race with 13 Obstacles to keep you thinking and running.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Over 3-1/2 Miles
This race takes you along the scenic Niagara River along roads, through (and over) water, trail runs, a beach run and (of course) a mud pit
Clean-up Station
A Mud Run is dirty so we’ll have a spot where you can hose off.
Food
After all that running, you’ll be hungry! Don’t worry, we’ll feed you well.
Beer!
While this is a Boy Scout fundraiser, don’t worry: there’ll still be beer after the race for you (as long as you register via raceentry.com, are over 21 and can prove it when you pick up your race packet)

For a first time event, this was very well organized. Course was well marked. Great introduction to a growing sport!
