SC WOD For The Fallen Race Description
The day will begin at Noon/12:00PM and end with the crowning of champions for 3rd, 2nd and 1st place individual and team competitions. Winners will compete for differing levels of prizes!
We will have two challenges:
Individual (Men’s/Women’s)
Team (Men and Women Mixed Team(s))
More details coming soon…
The design of the challenge is so that individuals and teams may compete, have fun and learn. You don’t need to be a “games level” athlete to compete and win. Though competition is sure to be there, so you’d better get ready.
