THE RUNNING FROM THE LAW 5K IS A 3.1 MILE LIVELY RUN/WALK THROUGH THE OLD MOVIE COLONY NEIGHBORHOOD AND SPONSORED BY THE PALM SPRINGS POLICE OFFICERS' ASSOCIATION AND WILL SUPPORT THE PALM SPRINGS OFFICERS' MEMORIAL FUND. THIS EVENT HONORS PALM SPRINGS POLICE OFFICERS LESLEY ZEREBNY AND GIL VEGA WHO WERE KILLED IN THE LINE OF ON 10/08/2016 AND ALL FALLEN HEROES OF 2016
Run Packet Pickup
Packet pickup will be held on Friday (2/24) from 11am to 6pm at Running Wild, 611 S Palm Canyon Drive, Ste 10, Palm Springs (located in the Desert Sun Center). You may also pick up your packet the morning of the race (2/25) starting at 7am at Ruth Hardy Park.
Event T-Shirts
A unique and fun design on front and back of shirt - tech shirts - will be given to all registered participants. This shirt is a must-have!
AWARDS
ALL FINISHERS WILL RECEIVE A TERRIFIC FINISHER MEDAL AND TECH T-SHIRT. AGE GROUP AWARDS WILL BE PRESENTED.

COURSE
The race starts and finishes at Ruth Hardy Park and takes you through the charming Movie Colony neighborhood. Flat and fast course.
