Runnin' for Rasslin'

 Runnin' for Rasslin' is a 5k to help raise funds for the Yulee Wrestling Team. The Yulee High School Wrestling Team is young in comparison to most other programs in our area. It's actually only been here for 10 years, but in those 10 years this program has done amazing things. Last year we sent 13 out of 14 Varsity wrestlers to Regionals. From Regionals we sent 4 to the State Championships. Our school placed 13th out of 85 schools and it's only going to get better from here! However, in order to continue to grow and succeed we need your help.

As you can imagine, with the cost of training facilities, uniforms, travel and equipment, have a high overhead for our Varsity, Junior Varsity wrestling teams. 90% of the wrestling program funding and support comes directly from student fees and dues, donations, fundraisers and volunteers to help cover the programs expenses. All proceeds from this race will help our team to cover their growing list of expenses:

- New singlets and uniforms
- Student fees to remain low
- Tournament Fees
- Seminars and clinics
- Travel and hotel expenses
- First-Aid supplies
- Training equipment and cleaning supplies
