Hoffmann Hospice invites you to run to remember your loved one at our first annual Run to Remember. Hoffmann Hospice is Kern County’s only full service nonprofit hospice. Since 1995, Hoffmann has served more than 20,000 patients and their families during their final season of life. The support of individuals, businesses, and community partners enables Hoffmann to continue its mission of celebrating the sanctity of life, providing compassionate end-of-life care, and comforting the grieving.
