Run For Your Buns Race Description

Run For Your Buns is a family friendly 5K/10K event showcasing the Greater Grand Forks Greenway while promoting fitness, healthy lifestyle and raising awareness for colon cancer screening. Net proceeds from the event are given to the Altru Health Foundation to be used for patients who are uninsured or under-insured to receive screening colonoscopies.

Great Race!

I have been doing this race since it started. The volunteers are wonderful, the race location is great, course does not get crowded and they have THE BEST race gear! In the past the gear has been athletic shirts, hats/visors and fitsoks! None that have been cheaply made!

Great Race!
