Run For the Hills - Benefiting Local Restoration Race Description

Come support the greater Ojai community and schools at the Run For the Hills 5k (and 1/2 mile fun run for the little ones)! All proceeds raised from registrations and donations at the event will go towards the Ojai Valley Land Conservancy for their efforts in the Thomas Fire restoration. 

Run (or walk) your way through the community around the welcoming Oak Grove School. Once finished, stay and enjoy our bountiful post-race carnival featuring local school bands and environmental awareness projects, food trucks, environmental speakers, student led booths and games, Chalk4Peace, and local Ojai businesses. There will be T-shirts, water bottles, and more for sale at the event. Results will be unofficially timed and posted after the event. The kids fun run will start at 9:30 and the 5k will begin at 10:00. Organized by the Green School Collective of The Thacher School, Besant Hill School, and Oak Grove School.
