Run for Refugees 5K 2023

MORE’s Run for Refugees 5K is a family-friendly event that takes place at Phalen Lake Park in St. Paul, MN. Whether you want to seriously compete (prizes are awarded to the first three finishers - male and female!), just walk and enjoy the beautiful weather, or somewhere in-between - this is the event for you! The 12th annual event is Saturday, June 24th, 2023. Race starts at 9:30 a.m. This family-friendly event costs $35 plus processing fees (kids under 18 are free!). Price increases after April 30th and again on race day. Registration includes our always loved Run for Refugees T-shirt. Please Note: we will only be able to guarantee a t-shirt for registrations prior to June 1st, 2023. We supported almost 500 refugees, asylum seekers, and undocumented immigrants in 2022.
