Read-Aloud Family Literacy Run Race Description
All ages are invited for this run, walk, and dash toward the growth of youth literacy in the WCCSD! Join us in Richmond for a 5k distance starting from Marina Bay to Point Isabel to support young readers and inspire family reading rituals in the homes. Free T-shirts included if registered before June 1st. All runners are encouraged to bring their own water bottles. Water refills will be available at hydration points. We are promoting a litter free running event. Participants are also encouraged to donate books, stickers, and pencils. All proceeds will go to Read-Aloud school programing.
