Open Door Youth Services exists to respond to the needs and promote the healthy development of vulnerable children and youth. We help over 500 youth each year strive to reach their highest potential. Vince Klein was an advocate for Open Door and the youth in Floyd County his entire career, he helped found Open Door and was a dedicated and passionate member of our Board for over 30 years. It is an honor to celebrate his life with our inaugural 5K!
