The Stampede CrossFit Challenge Race Description
The ultimate test of overall fitness is set for the first time in Lake County Ohio. A combination of running race and CrossFit challenges await participants at Penitentiary Glenn (8668 Kirtland Chardon Rd, Willoughby, OH 44094) in Willoughby Ohio. In conjunction with Crossfit Remix, Great Lakes Race Timing is organizing a unique set of challenges to test both individuals and teams. A portion of the proceeds will benefit Stop Soldier Suicide.
Race will have a waved start and begin at 8:30. Waves will then be released every 15 - 20 minutes.
Co-Ed teams of 4 will battle for what gym will reign supreme and for great prizes.
Individuals will compete (Rx, Scaled, Teen, and Masters divisions) to take home all the glory of knowing they are North East Ohio's supreme fitness star...and some sweet prizes
