Solstice Runs Online Training Program Race Description

Daily activity is a great start to developing or maintaining health. The Solstice Runs Training Program is all about encouraging daily activity with daily average goals.

Weekly mileage suggestions are available at MyPaceRacing.com along with a further description.

As with many virtual runs, a t-shirt, medal and bib are part of the swag. A tracking form via Google Docs is also provided with which My Pace Racing can track progress along with you.

Take that first or millionth step forward and create a new goal for yourself with options to register for 150, 300, 450 or 600 miles over a 6 month period.
