Race Description

What to Expect

The GBC Team Challenge is a 4 person team format developed to challenge your mind, body and spirit along 8 grueling miles as you push, pull, carry, climb, or crawl your way to the finish line. Logs, tires, litters, sleds, telephone poles and definitely water, combined with the most intense terrain each venue has to offer are some of the highlights this 8 mile gauntlet delivers to its participants. WE promise the pain will be legendary, but the sense of accomplishment will last forever.

Competition Format (Saturday)

All competitive teams must be comprised of 4 persons (all male, co-ed or all female).

Waves 1 & 2 will be the timed competitive heats.

All other waves are non-competitive, finishers only. Ensure you register for the appropriate heat.

All Competitive Challengers

Pick up your timing team timing bib during your GBC registration. Non competitive participants will not be required to wear a timing bib.

Awards

Saturday awards: Fastest Male, Co-ed and Female Teams. GBC finisher’s medal will be awarded to all participants.

What to Bring With You

Hydration pack, personal nutritional supplements, cash for parking & merchandise as well as your signed wavier. Please arrive 45 minutes prior to your wave time for a smooth check in at registration. Team captains can check in their team once all members have arrived (Saturday competition). You are welcome to bring personal coolers, however pets are not allowed at the venue.
