Black Man Running is more than just a 5K. It’s an energetic and creative movement for social justice. Our name is a special shoutout to black men, but people of all backgrounds and ages can and should attend. Each and every fitness level is welcome, and you can run or walk the 5k (3.1 miles) at any pace—or just come out to cheer others and show your support. Now is the time to call for a better, more just society.
