Dash for Doctors

For the first time ever, National Honor Societies from high schools all across the Twin Cities Metro Area are joining together to make a bigger impact than any of us could do alone. This year, we are organizing "Dash for Doctors," a 5K run/walk to support Doctors Without Borders, an international non-profit organization that provides emergency medical aid to people affected by armed conflict, epidemics, or natural disasters in nearly 70 countries (http://www.doctorswithoutborders.org/) This 5K, held at Normandale Lake Park, is organized completely by high school students who are spread out across more than ten different high schools. The two main organizers are Eden Prairie High School and Bloomington Jefferson High School.
