Race Against Stigma 5K Description

One in four Americans suffer some kind of mental illness in their lifetime. It is the silent epidemic of our generation. Subconscious was founded to fight the stigma that shrouds mental health, changing how we think about and talk about this important and relevant topic. Join us for the 4th annual Race Against Stigma 5K run (or walk!) to support our mission. Visit us at subconscious.org for more information.

We are proud to partner with UCSF, a leader in mental health research. A portion of proceeds will be donated to UCSF Department of Psychiatry and the Langley Porter Psychiatric Institute.
