Plunge 4 Adventures

Join us at Massanutten, the Mid-Atlantic's premier four seasons resort on March 5 & 6 for two great events to benefit Therapeutic Adventures.

Arctic Plunge & Arctic Splash - Friday, March 5, 2021
Line-up on the Woodstone Recreation Center Outdoor Pool deck and take a dip for charity! Each plunge wave will be limited to 10 participants. The minimum age is 14 years old.

The Arctic Splash is geared toward our smaller philanthropists or those less comfortable in deeper water. Take in a perfect view of the mountain before splashing and dashing your way through 2-2.5 feet of water to tag the wall and declare victory. The minimum age is 6 years old.

4K on the Fairway - Saturday, March 6, 2021
Run or walk a 4k on the cart paths of Massanutten’s Mountain Greens Golf Course. This event will be held in waves based off pace times. No minimum age (strollers are allowed).

Virtual 4K on the Fairway
New to the line-up this year is the Virtual 4K on the Fairway! Run your own 4K course or start up the treadmill, print your bib, finisher's certificate and help Therapeutic Adventures help others on your terms! 

 Therapeutic Adventures, a non-profit, provides opportunities for those with disabilities, illnesses, and other health needs to experience the outdoors through camps, adaptive sports clinics, retreats, races, and service projects. For more info, visit www.taonline.org.
