PIES & PINTS FAMILY FUN RUN

You won’t want to miss this fun community summer event brought to you by the Dave Hooke Team of Keller Williams of Central PA! It is centered around PIES—pizza—and PINTS—ice cream and beer!

Participants can choose their distance:

• Π – 3.14 miles

• 1-mile

After the race, enjoy the finish line celebration that will include delicious food and drinks, music, inflatables, games and more!

Please note: We expect all participants to act appropriately and drink responsibly at this fun family event.

Schedule:

4-6pm: Packet Pickup/Race Day Registration

6:15pm: 1-mile Race Start

6:20pm: Π Race Start

7pm: Race Courses Close

6:30-8:30pm: Finish Line Celebration

After Party at Desperate Times (pay your own tab)

Location: Carlisle Fairgrounds - 1000 Bryn Mawr Rd, Carlisle, PA

Fees:

5 & under for 1-mile or Π (no shirt) = FREE!

1-Mile age 6 & up (w/shirt*) = $20^

Π age 6 and up (w/shirt*) = $30^

Race Day Registration 1-mile (w/shirt*) = $30

Race Day Registration Π (w/shirt) = $40

*A limited number of shirts will be available at packet pickup on a first come, first served basis. Once they are gone, they are gone. No further orders will be placed.

 ^Price does not include online registration fee.

Please remember to bring your ID with you if you are over 21. You will be given a non alcoholic band if you do not have your ID. This means you will not be able to be served any alcohol. 

Red wrist band for people over 21

Green wrist band for people 20 and under

Parking will be located at Gate 3. If you leave your car at the event, it needs to be removed in the next 24 hours. (We are not responsible for any theft or damage if your car stays onsite)

Course Map: Follow on course directions / signs for the 1 mile and Π (3.14 miles) race distances. 

WEATHER POLICY :The race will be held rain or shine. In the event of extreme weather conditions, the race will be cancelled and all entry fees will be viewed as charitable contributions to benefit the mission of the Carlisle Family YMCA. If we do have to cancel the race due to extreme weather conditions, we will post a cancellation message on our website before 2pm on Friday, June 14, 2019 (www.carlislefamilyymca.org)

• Please do not bring dogs or other pets with you to the race
