Petite Track Meet Race Description
Join the Pittsburgh Pharaoh Hounds and Gingerbread Man Running at the 7th Annual Petite Track Meet, an open track meet for everyone!
Come run your PR or do a time trial for the Liberty Mile in a variety of races -- from 100 m to 5000 m -- at a convenient location at Schenley Park. All ages and running abilities are welcome!
Registration is $20 and includes as many races as you want! Heats are formed based on number of people registered and speeds. Check at the registration tent for heat information prior to events.
The meet will follow a rolling schedule starting with the 1 mile run at (roughly) 6:15pm.
Order of Events (new in 2023!): 1 mile - 100m - 400m - 3000m - 800m - 200m - 5000m - 4x400m relay
The Petite Track Meet is a USATF Sanctioned Event! When registering, you will be asked to review & accept the USATF Participant Waiver and Release of Liability.
**NEW** For 2023, we're using athletic.net for streamlined registration! Once registered, you'll be able to change your events using your computer or smartphone.

I’m not a sprinter, but had a great time getting out there and seeing how fast I could go. PRd in every event. The actual fast runners were really impressive to watch. This was a great event for kids to adults, novice to elite.
