Oldsmar Cares Honor Our Heroes 5K Race Description

The 5K “Honor Our Heroes” race is on. Oldsmar Cares, and we know you do too! Our 100% charity (501c 3) hosts the community VFW post and has provided food, clothing, rent, and utility assistance to local veterans and their families for 21 years. We are proud to include the Honor Our Heroes 5K Memorial Day Race as part of our Veterans Outreach efforts to honor the men and women who have proudly served in our armed services and now call the Tampa Bay area home. 

The City of Oldsmar is expecting more than 500 supporters. Starting at City Hall, runners and walkers will be guided
along the waters of upper Tampa Bay and through several of Oldsmar’s beautiful parks, including Veterans Park on Shore Drive. Two pre-race events at the Tampa Bay Brewing Company on Racetrack Road
