The Namib Mud Race is an obstacle race that Biokinetic Rehabilitation Centre is hosting at the Goanikontes Oasis in the heart of our beloved Namib Desert.
Our aim through this event is to shine light on being active in our community. We as Biokineticisits preach daily about "life through movement", and we would like to create the opportunity for our community to gather and enjoy a fun event where their ultimate fitness will be tested.
3 categories will be available to choose from:
Tiny Troopers (5 - 7 Obstacles) *kids 7 -12 yrs
The Initiates (7 - 10 Obstacles)
The Beasts (10 - 13 Obstacles)
