We will Run Heats of MURPH Every 20 Minutes starting at 8:00 AM until every athlete has completed the WOD

MURPH RX

1 mile run, 100 Pull Up, 200 Push Up, 300 Air Squat, 1 Mile run

MURPH 1.0 (1.5 uses ring row in place of pull up)

1 mile run, 20 rounds:5 Pull up, 10 Push up, 15 Air Squats, 1 mile run

MURPH 2.0 (2.5 uses ring row in place of pull up)

1/2 mile run, 10 rounds: 5 Pull Up, 10 Push Up, 15 Air Squats, 1/2 mile run

TEAM MURPH (Tag Team! Both Run, then split up the rest)

Run 1 mile, 100 Pull Up, 200 Push Up, 300 Air Squat, Run 1 mile

Brinley is a 7-year-old that has grown up with multiple medical difficulties. In order to allow her to be more independent in her everyday life, her family and team of doctors have decided that she would benefit from a task trained service dog. Her dog would be trained for mobility, everyday tasks, and psychiatric tasks to allow her to feel comfortable in her community.

We are asking for any help that you would be able to give. The starting cost for her service dog is $10,000. We are doing everything possible to raise this money for her.

ALL FUNDS RAISED will go the purchase of her full size standard poodle and the extensive boarding and training over the next two years. It will also assist in any equipment and supplies needed for her working dog.

Brinley’s Poodle will be training under a service dog program to ensure proper training. Lacey Ford with River City Canine Academy and 4 Freedoms Service Dogs out of Evansville, Indiana, will be her primary trainer. We will also be doing at home training to allow Brinley to bond properly.
