Moore Family 5k Walk/Run for Heart Disease Race Description

The Moore Family, Thomas Jefferson Lineage, are banning together to fight heart disease.  Our families, as many others, has been affected by heart disease through the years.  Our goal is to take charge of our health one family member at a time by educating ourselves on healthy lifestyles that will positively impact our family from generation to generation.  We are committed to the fight.  Please join together with us as we come together to walk/run for a cure of Heart Disease.

Moore Family Heart Run

I think it speaks very loudly that our family is joining together as a people to fight against heart disease. Heart disease is a leading cause of death for African Americans. We are honored to be a positive representation of the black family working together toward a common goal to break generational and familial diseases.
