ABOUT NESFIELD PERFORMANCE FOUNDATION

Nesfield Performance Foundation is the non profit arm of Nesfield Performance.  Nesfield Performance is a personal training and fitness center based in Chevy Chase, MD. This minority and woman-owned organization is led by a former award-winning Division I track athlete who focuses on training clients through a holistic approach that focuses on the mind, nutrition, fitness, regeneration, and lifestyle. Our vision is to help people live healthier and fuller lives through optimal body performance. Our mission is to educate and coach clients to perform at their optimal level by strengthening their mind-body connection, encouraging freedom of movement, and demonstrating positive behaviors.

ABOUT SPIRIT CLUB FOUNDATION

Spirit Club Foundation builds healthy communities by providing access to fitness and wellness opportunities for people with disabilities who have intellectual and developmental disabilities throughout Maryland and the DC-metro region. Grants help disability service providers implement fitness programs that improve the physical, social, and mental health of more than 200 people with disabilities. The Foundation's scholarship program offsets the cost of personal training, group classes, adaptive swim lessons, and virtual programming for more than 50 people with disabilities in our community. Spirit Club Foundation is a small nonprofit that relies on volunteers dedicated to our mission of making exercise accessible to people who have intellectual and developmental disabilities throughout Maryland and the DC-metro region. The  Foundation provides scholarships to offset the cost of group classes and private sessions for people who have intellectual and developmental disabilities.
