Have you ever driven by the Avenue of Flags and just been in awe? Well, how about a run through those flags? This Memorial Day, May 29, 2023 at 7 am beginning at Lynwood Baptist church parking lot, that opportunity awaits you. An “out-and-back” course from Lynwood up KFVS Hill through the flags in the park and back to Lynwood for the finish. Tradesmen for the Kingdom, along with several other sponsors, are sponsoring the First Annual Remembrance 5k Run or Walk.

Great inaugural race
The course was beautiful- loved the flags, the loop around the lake, and the downhill at the end! The course was well-marked and staffed with volunteers the whole way, and registration, packet pickup, etc. was all smooth. Incredible for a first-time race. Can’t wait to run it next year!
