Race Description

We have important information for the Loteria 5k run/ walk event. We will continue to plan our event with the hope that COVID-19 will be under control in the coming weeks/months; maybe then events will be allowed to take place and we can transition to hosting as usual. Due to the current situation the Loteria 5K has switched from a traditional running event to a VIRTUAL RUN for everyone's safety. We will take on the additional work and cost of shipping out your medals and shirts. Every registered participant gets a custom shirt and medal. For those who have never run a virtual run, this means you will have the flexibility to run a 5k on your own time and any location. We will then ship out your goodies the day the race is scheduled. The event is perfect for family and friends! This event benefits Support Solutions, a non-profit organization, which helps homeless people find jobs. We will keep you updated on any further changes.Thank you for your understanding and participating. Stay safe and optimistic.

AWESOME!!!

THIS RACE WAS SO AWESOME!!! THE VIBE OF THE CROWD/RUNNERS WAS CHEERFUL & FAMILY ORIENTED. THE COURSE WAS CHALLENGING BUT IT'S NOT FUN UNLESS IT'S A CHALLENGE!!! POST RACE THERE WAS GREAT MUSIC, FREE FRESH FRUIT & DRINKS (AGUA FRESCA) TO HELP RECOVER & HYDRATE. AS RUNNERS KNOW THINGS LIKE THAT MAKE A HUGE DIFFERENCE WHEN IT COMES TO EVENTS LIKE THIS. DEFINITELY ADDING IT TO THE YEARLY RACES I DO. THANK U ROXX EVENTS FOR A GREAT EVENT & LOOK FORWARD TO RUNNING OTHER EVENTS THE COMPANY HOST.
