Lincolnway Run Race Description
Welcome to the 5th Annual Cal-Wheat Fun Days! This will be the first event for the day! Saturday August 29th in Wheatland!
Lincolnway 5K, 1-Mile and Kids Obstacle Course! This is for runners, joggers and walkers!
6:45 AM ~ Packet Pick-up and Race Day Registration begins.
8:00 AM ~ Race Day Registration ends
8:15 AM ~ Kids Obstacle Course
8:30 AM ~ 5K and 1 Mile starts at the same time. Starts and Finishes at the Wheatland Park. Fast, out and back route to the east of town on the old Lincolnway Highway.
9:45 AM ~ Awards Ceremony
Vehicle parking is at the city park, school parking lot, and surrounding streets.
All proceeds will go towards developing matching funds for a grant for our "Lincolnway Trail", which will be a multi-use trail that connects Calamus and Wheatland Communities by utilizing a section of the Historic Lincoln Highway.
The Lincolnway Run is the kick-off to many more events in the community for the weekend.
