LifeSouth Community Blood Centers Five Points of Life Marathon Race Description

Run for a great cause as the 10th Annual Five Points of Life Race Weekend is held February 14-15, 2015 in scenic Gainesville, FL. This Boston qualifier course takes you through historic downtown and the University of Florida campus, including a lap through Ben Hill Griffin Stadium. The marathon and half marathon start on the University of Florida campus at 7 a.m. on Sunday morning. A post-race party at the finish line follows the races. Saturday includes the Kids Marathon, 5Points 5K, and Fitness Expo. All races benefit the Five Points of Life Foundation, which raises awareness for the five ways to share life through donation: blood, apheresis, cord blood, marrow, and tissue & organ.
