Choose from 30,60, 100, 125, 150 Miles to run or walk during the month. 

Or 

Choose 250 Miles to bike during the month. 

Once you choose your mileage, you can choose from a variety of medals, shirts and/or a necklaces!

Customize your category and which swag items you would like!

After you finish your miles, you email us and we send your package.
