JourneyFit 5k Everyone Run Race Description
On Saturday June 11th 2016, JourneyFit LLC will host its first 5k run/walk themed EVERYONE RUN. JourneyFit aspires to motivatethe community to be active this summer, so this run is for everyone, especially first time 5k runners/walkers. All registrants have the option to walk the 5k, run the 5k, or do both. All individuals who will be completing a 5k for the first time on June 11th will receive a medal. All registrants will receive a 7-week running guide that will prepare your cardiovascular endurance for the 5k. Runners will also be given the option to complete a 7k. All runners will receive a JourneyFit 5k T-shirt. All proceeds are donated to the JourneyFit Studio Building Fund. Let's encourage everyone to join the movement. #JF5K
