Joshua Miller Memorial 5k Run/Walk Race Description

Come out and join us for some family fun!  This is a timed 5K race through Stroudsburg as we honor Trooper Joshua Miller, PSP #8819.  This is a fast and PR friendly course.  There are several age categories.  If you are not up for a run, then you can just walk the course too.   

BATTLE OF THE BADGES AND THE CADENCE RUN ARE BACK! All law enforcement agencies can participate.  The three fastest times for each agency will be used to tally the results.   

Proceeds from this race will benefit Trooper Miller's Alma Mater, Lackawanna Community College Police Academy and the Olsen's Christmas Wish that benefits Monroe County families in need.

It was a great event and turn out. My only suggestion would be to have someone stand at the last turn before the finish line. There was a group of us that did .35 of a mile extra because we were following the cones and it was the wrong way. That was at least 2 minutes added to our time.We then had to turn around and look for the right street where the finish line was.
