Inderkum PTSA Fresh Start 5K and Health Fitness Beauty Expo

Kick  start the new year  at the Inderkum PTSA Fresh Start 5K & Health Fitness Beauty Expo. Please join us for this community wide event for all ages that will provide the tools and resources for healthy living. The event will kick start with a 5K starting at 8:30 am and a kids 1 mile run at 9:00 am.

Pre-Event Bib Pick-Up-January 8th, 2016-4:00 pm-6:30 pm 2069 Arena Blvd, Sacramento, CA 95834

January 9th, 2016

Registration: 7:30 am

Bib Pick-UP 7:30 am

Opening Ceremonies 8:30 am

Fresh Start 5K-8:35 pm

Kids 1 Mile Run-9:00 am

 Register by January 1, 2016 to be guaranteed a T-shirt

The fun continues at the Health Beauty Expo 2016 from 9:00 am-1:00. The Expo will include health and beauty experts, fitness classes, fashion show, zids zone, and so much more!  Admittance to the Expo is FREE.

10:00 am-Kaia Fit

11:00 am-TurboKick (cardio boxing)

12:00-Zumba

($5 fee for fitness classes)
