Reps for Remission WOD

500 run before each
500 Ski erg
25 meter sled push
25 meter sled pull
40 meters Burpee broad jump
500 Row
100 Farmer carry
50 meter sandbag lunges
50 wall balls

*Doubles must both sign up for a heat. They must sign up for the same heat. We need a line item for their teammates name. They must both put their teammates name when they register.

Ages 14 and up.

T-shirt included. First come first serve for sizes.

Packet pick-up: 201 S C Street, Friday October 10th from 8-1 or on the day of the event.

No judges, times or prizes. Just for fun and for charity.
