Helping Hands Race for Hunger Description

Location |  https://www.ixartpark.org/ 522 2nd St SE, Charlottesville, VA 22902

Events | 5K

Start Times | 1:15pm, Arrive early

Registration | Online registration is open until Friday May 20 at 1:00pm. In-person registration will be available at the start.

Attire | WHITE OUT!  Color shows up best on white shirts. It will make for fun pictures.  Bring glasses or goggles.

Please know there will be no refunds or rollovers. By registering you understand and agree to the no-refund policy.  By registering you agree to the safety race waiver.

Course | The course at IX Art Park is primarily flat.

Time Limit | The 5K time limit is 1.5 hours (about 30 minute per mile pace).  Please arrive by 1pm, the race will kick off at 1:15pm.

Course Safety | This is an open course with traffic present on nearby roadways. Please follow police, medic, and volunteer instructions and be aware of traffic on the course. Do not wear headphones if you cannot properly hear approaching vehicles or volunteer instructions.  Please consider bringing sunglasses or goggles.
