Hamilton County Health Department & Hamilton County Schools Wellness Program in Jasper are sponsering a HEART HEATLH 5K WALK/RUN!
It will be held on Saturday, September 24, at 8a.m on Central Ave, in Jasper FL.
You may register on-line at www.raceentr.com or mail registration forms to Ida Daniels, 5683 US Highway 129 S, Suite 1 Jasper FL 32052
Fees: 19 & up- $15.oo 18 & under - $10.00 T-shirt included in price of registration.
