Gump Run

The 2026 Gump Run 5K is more than a race, it's a movement. Every step you take on race day helps fuel the mission of A Better Way Out: providing mentorship, trauma-informed support, and hope to at-risk youth right here in our community.

Life, as they say, is like a box of chocolates. For too many young people, that box has been filled with instability, harmful environments, and few chances to change course. A Better Way Out exists to stand in that gap, led by mentors who've walked those same roads and know firsthand that transformation is possible.

So lace up your running shoes, gather your friends and family, and join us for a fun, community-filled 5K where every registration and every step goes toward building a brighter future for the youth who need it most.
